Lord knows we all love flakies. They are like the bedazzlers of the nail world. So I was thrilled when piCture pOlish sent me their three new flakies to trial. You better believe I got bedazzling.

Part of the reason why you get that 'swoosh' with Pantene washed hair is the use of heavy conditioning agents. A strength of Pantene's formula but also its greatest weakness as you need to use a clarifying shampoo to remove the buildup.
