I am so late to the Face of Australia LUXE Collection that FOA are probably planning a 20 year retrospective of the collection. Or something like that.

The Luxe Collection from Face of Australia consists of eight gorgeous, luscious cremes.

I have the entire collection to show you today, bar the yellow shade, Lemon Sorbet. Or, as I call it, ‘That damn yellow shade that Jacie doesn’t have’. Yes, Jacie is talking in the third person now. Someone smack Jacie because this has to stop.

The formulas on each of these is utterly exquisite. Two of the lacquers – Ocean Villa and Private Jet – dry naturally to a satin matte finish, but respond beautifully to a top coat. The others are high shine, high gloriousness, high luxury.

My favourite is Private Jet.  This is just perfection. Absolute. Utter. No holds barred. Perfection. It’s everything a lacquer should be.

And remember, international ladies, you can buy these direct from Fashion Addict. These beautiful Aussie lacquers are no longer just for us Aussies.

NB. Please excuse my hands. They are still a little dry and doing a whole collection dries them out even more. My usual advice applies: cross your eyes, drink Pepsi for breakfast, pray to Coco Chanel, and all will be ok.

    I’m with you – private jet looks freakin’ amazing!! I also like the look of beauty queen and ocean villa. When I went to buy the molten metallics I wasn’t actually impressed with their colours in person so didn’t end up getting any but these are a whole other story…I must get them!!

    Anyway. Amazing collection. Private Jet is just… uh, something. Undescribable. I agree with you on this one. I love the Cotton Candy too, though. Peaches…
    And Minty Mojito is divine, but such shades suck on my skintone, bummer.

    I liked some of Molten Metallics and weren’t keen on the others. But I think that was more personal preference on my part. This, on the other hand, is all good from start to finish.

    I think I might have to go for Minty Mojito first as it’s so hard to find that kind of pale colour with a good formula.
